Z-Cool Programmable Coolant Nozzle

Velocity Products is proud to offer our customers the Z-Cool programmable coolant nozzle. The Velocity Z-Cool Programmable Coolant Nozzle allows high pressure coolant to be directed to the tool tip on Okuma machining centers not equipped with coolant through capability. The PLC seamlessly integrates with the Okuma OSP-P200 THINC CNC and enables programming a high pressure coolant stream to follow the tool tip of each tool in the ATC when machining.
Taken together, the advantages of HP Coolant Systems can increase the productivity of cutting tools by 65-70%. Here's how:
- Faster Speeds / Quicker Feeds: When the machine tool is properly cooled, you may increase spindle speed with no loss of tolerance or tool fatigue. You may also feed stock to the tool faster, improving throughput. Using HP Coolant Systems, you can decrease cycle time anywhere from 25-75 percent, dramatically improving productivity.
